1. Spray plastic is one of the most commonly used surface treatment methods in the warehouse fence. The spray plastic does not need the thinner, the construction has no pollution to the environment, has no poison to the human body, the coating appearance quality is excellent, the adhesion and mechanical strength are strong, the curing time of the spraying construction is short, the coating corrosion resistance and wear resistance is high, it does not need primer and the construction is simple and easy. The technical requirements for workers are low, and the cost is lower than the spray painting process. There is no common phenomenon in the process of electrostatic spraying.
2, the dipped plastic can be divided into liquid and powder dipping, and the thickness of the coating is higher than that of the spray, and the anticorrosion performance is strong. It is often used in the surface treatment of the outdoor fence.
3, hot dip galvanizing wire mesh (galvanizing) also called hot dip zinc and hot dip galvanizing: a kind of effective metal anticorrosion method, is to immerse the steel after rust removal in the molten zinc solution around 500 C, so that the steel surface attached to the zinc layer, thus anti-corrosion purposes. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of thick zinc coating, long salt resistant time and strong corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the corrosion resistance of industrial equipment, such as the surface treatment of cable bridge, transmission tower and steel bridge for long time. The corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanizing is much higher than that of cold galvanizing (also known as galvanized).
4. Cold galvanizing is also called galvanizing. It is the use of electrolysis equipment to remove the pipe through the removal of oil, acid washing, and then put into the zinc salt solution, and connect the negative electrode of the electrolytic equipment. The zinc plate is placed on the opposite side of the pipe, connected to the cathode of the electrolytic equipment to connect the power supply and the directional movement of the current from the positive pole to the negative pole.
